Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper for heat optional

Instructions

  • Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to a small bowl.
  • Stir all the spices together until well combined.
  • Use the seasoning immediately in your recipe or transfer it to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
