Air Fryer Peaches with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized ripe peach
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or golden monk fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 light spray of coconut oil or oil of choice
  • light vanilla ice cream, light whipped cream optional
  • chopped walnuts, granola optional

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the peach. After that, cut the peach in half and remove the pit.
  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Lightly spray the peach halves with coconut oil. Then, spread the combined ingredients on the top of each peach half.
  • Place some parchment paper inside your air fryer. Place the peach halves face-side up on top of the parchment paper. Air fry the peach at 350℉ for 7-10 minutes, depending on your air fryer. Optional: For an extra treat, enjoy these air fryer peaches with some light vanilla ice cream, light whipped cream, chopped walnuts, or granola.

  • Toppings: We love to enjoy them with whipped cream, light vanilla ice cream, granola, or chopped walnuts.
  • Peach: The peach should be ripe but not over-ripe to the point that it is too soft and mushy.
