HEALTHY TARTAR SAUCE WITH GREEK YOGURT

- 3/4 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sliced green onions green parts only
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons capers drained and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Slice the green onions and chop the fresh dill. Also, drain the capers and then finely chop them.
Add the 0-fat Greek yogurt to a bowl. Then, add the green parts of the sliced green onions, pickle relish, capers, dill, and salt to the bowl.
Thoroughly mix the tartar sauce, serve, and enjoy!
- Finely Chop: Finely chop the drained capers and fresh dill to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
- Consistency: If you want your tartar sauce to have a thinner consistency, add a splash of milk and mix.
- Storage: Store leftover tartar sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It is best enjoyed within 3-4 days. Stir it before serving again.
