PROTEIN FLUFF

This protein fluff is made with healthier ingredients. It is packed with protein, comes together easily in the blender, and has a delicious strawberry flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon blended freeze-dried strawberries (blend freeze-dried strawberries into a powder)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
  • 3 tablespoons Truwhip or your favorite whipped topping add more if preferred
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries optional

Instructions

  • Pour a bag of freeze-dried strawberries into a blender or food processor and thoroughly blend them into a fine powder. Transfer the freeze-dried strawberry powder to an airtight container use one tablespoon of the powder for this recipe.
  • Add the cottage cheese, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, one tablespoon of the blended freeze-dried strawberry powder, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
  • Thoroughly blend the ingredients until smooth. Then, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  • Add the whipped topping to the bowl and fold it in.
  • Optional: Wash and dry fresh strawberries. Slice them lengthwise to assemble in your jar for a beautiful presentation, and dice the remaining part of the strawberries to add on top once done.
  • Add the sliced strawberries to the inside of the jar. Then, fill the jar with the protein fluff. Assemble it in individual airtight jars or an airtight container.
  • Chill this protein fluff in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Once chilled, top with diced strawberries and enjoy!

  • Storage: Store protein fluff in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator. Enjoy it within 2-3 days of making it.
  • Whipped Topping: If you want to add more whipped topping, add up to the entire tub to the recipe and fold it in.
