Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Then, lightly coat them with olive oil spray.
  • Rub the seasoning blend evenly onto the chicken breasts, coating both sides.
  • Place a parchment paper liner in your air fryer basket for easy cleanup. Then, place the seasoned chicken breasts in your air fryer basket. Air fry the chicken breasts at 375°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until fully cooked, when the internal temperature reaches 165°F at the thickest part.
  • Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy.

Italian Seasoning: You can substitute the dried thyme, rosemary, and oregano with one teaspoon of Italian seasoning if preferred.
