Servings: 2 servings
- 1 pound red potatoes or baby red potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Wash and dry the red potatoes. There is no need to peel them. Then, cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces, about 1/2 inch in width. Evenly chop them so they cook at the same rate.
Add the chopped potatoes to a bowl. Then, add the olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl with the potatoes. Thoroughly mix to coat the potatoes.
Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. You don’t want to overcrowd the air fryer, so you may need to cook the potatoes in batches. Air fry the red potatoes at 400°F for 10-14 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking the basket a few times while cook.
Once air-fried, serve the potatoes warm and enjoy!
- Crispy: The secret to getting these red potatoes super crispy is to cut the potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces, about ½ inch in width. This makes them extra crispy and allows them to cook through in the air fryer and cook fast.
