Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese fat-free, low-fat, or full-fat
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning powder
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, lime juice, or apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese, dry ranch seasoning powder, and optional lemon juice to a high-powered blender or food processor.
  • Thoroughly blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the dip to an airtight container and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • Serving: Serve this ranch dip with fresh vegetables and crackers, or add it to a sandwich.
  • Dressing: To turn this into a ranch dressing, add one teaspoon of milk at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Cottage Cheese: Use full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free cottage cheese.
