Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
Spray a 9-inch round, 2-inch deep, non-stick pie dish with oil. Then, pour the quiche mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake the quiche at 350°F for 45-55 minutes or until fully cooked. Once done, let the quiche rest for at least 20 minutes to allow the cottage cheese to set before slicing and serving.
