Dill Pickle Dip with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle brine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, chopped dill pickles, dill pickle brine, chopped fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a bowl.
  • Thoroughly mix until fully combined. Enjoy right away, or chill the dip in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Greek Yogurt: I like to use non-fat Greek yogurt to keep this dip lighter. However, you can use 2% or full-fat plain Greek yogurt instead if preferred. 
  • Yogurt Swap: I've also made this dip with whipped cottage cheese instead of Greek yogurt. It's a great swap that's just as creamy and packed with protein.
  • Dill Pickles: Sandwich pickles, pickle chips, pickle spears, or whole pickles all work here. Just roughly chop them before adding them to the dip.
