Easy Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

We absolutely love this triple berry smoothie bowl recipe! All three berries complement each other perfectly and are jam-packed with flavor! Also, this recipe is lightened up and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen blueberries
  • 12 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 12 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 1/8 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional Topping Ideas:

  • fresh berries
  • defrosted frozen berries
  • freeze-dried fruit
  • granola
  • chia Seeds
  • chopped Nuts
  • almond Butter

Instructions

  • Place the frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, lime zest, lime juice, water, and vanilla protein powder in a blender.
  • Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and move the frozen berries around so they blend easier.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! We put some granola, blueberries, and freeze-dried raspberries on the top of our smoothie bowls.

  • Sweeten: Use 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder to sweeten. Or, you can use 1 tablespoon of honey or your sweetener of choice.
