We added a scoop of vanilla protein powder to help sweeten the smoothie bowl without adding sugar. Additionally, this recipe is great for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert!

Some Smoothie Bowl Toppings
Fresh or Frozen Berries
Both fresh and frozen berries are great toppings for smoothie bowls! We love putting aside some of the frozen berries that are used in this recipe to defrost and put on top of our smoothie bowls. Or, you could add fresh berries to the top of your bowl.
Freeze-Dried Fruit
Freeze-dried berries are another great smoothie bowl topping and are not to be missed! They add a burst of incredible flavor to every bite. We added some freeze-dried raspberries to the top of our smoothie bowls and they were super delicious. We’re going to continue adding them every time we make this recipe because they were that good!
Other Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl Topping Ideas
Fruit isn’t the only delicious topping for these triple berry smoothie bowls. You could sprinkle some granola, chia seeds, and chopped nuts on top of your berry smoothie bowl as well! Additionally, almond butter, PB2, and PB2 chocolate pair perfectly with the flavors in this recipe. PB2 and PB2 chocolate are lightened-up versions of peanut butter that we love to add to our mixed berry smoothie bowls. Also, PB2 Almond Butter is a great low-calorie almond butter option!
