Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened coconut almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract optional

Instructions

  • Add the frozen pineapple, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and optional coconut extract to a high-powered blender.
  • Thoroughly blend everything and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pineapple Chunks Substitution: If you don’t want to use frozen pineapple chunks, you can use drained canned pineapple or fresh pineapple cut into chunks. In this case, blend the Dole Whip and place it in the freezer for a few hours before enjoying it. Or, freeze the pineapple before blending and enjoy it right away.
  • Milk Options: Use oat milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or your milk of choice.
