- 2 medium avocados
- 1/4 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed) finely diced
- 1/2 cup white or sweet onion diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
- 3 Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Prep the ingredients. Finely dice the jalapeño, onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Set aside.
