Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed) finely diced
  • 1/2 cup white or sweet onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients. Finely dice the jalapeño, onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Set aside.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and mash them in a bowl until they reach your desired texture.
  • Stir the Greek yogurt into the mashed avocado until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the jalapeño, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Mix gently until everything is combined.

  • Serving: This recipe makes about 2-3 cups of guacamole.
  • Use Ripe Avocados: Choose avocados that are soft but not mushy for the best texture.
