High Protein Watermelon and Raspberry Sorbet

This watermelon and raspberry sorbet is packed with flavor and protein! It’s super easy to make and the perfect refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups cubed watermelon
  • 12 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into smaller pieces and then cubes.
  • Add the cubed watermelon to the blender first. Then, add the frozen raspberries and the scoop of vanilla protein powder. 
  • Thoroughly blend the ingredients until smooth. Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm and scoopable. Or, freeze the sorbet overnight but place it on the counter for 20 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
