To make this watermelon and raspberry sorbet, start by cutting a watermelon into cubes. Then, add the cubed watermelon to the blender along with the frozen raspberries and vanilla protein powder. Blend until smooth, freeze, and enjoy!

The Best Time To Enjoy This Sorbet
This watermelon raspberry sorbet lasts up to a week in the freezer. However, we recommend eating it after it freezes or the next day.
Other Sweetener Options For Watermelon Raspberry Sorbet
We used vanilla protein powder to add protein and sweeten this recipe without using sugar. If you don’t want to use vanilla protein powder, you can sweeten this sorbet with 1-2 TBSP (for desired sweetness) of honey, sugar, or your favorite sugar substitute.

HIGH PROTEIN WATERMELON AND RASPBERRY SORBET

Ingredients
- 5-6 cups cubed watermelon
- 12 ounces frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into smaller pieces and then cubes.
- Add the cubed watermelon to the blender first. Then, add the frozen raspberries and the scoop of vanilla protein powder.
- Thoroughly blend the ingredients until smooth. Freeze for 4-6 hours until firm and scoopable. Or, freeze the sorbet overnight but place it on the counter for 20 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
