Keyword: individual strawberry tiramisu cups, individual strawberry tiramisu jars, no bake desserts, strawberry tiramisu with ladyfingers
Servings: 4 servings
- 16 ounces fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons sugar, monk fruit, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice optional
- 1 pinch of lemon zest optional
- 6 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup fat-free Cool Whip, CocoWhip, TruWhip, or whipped cream of choice
Wash and dry the strawberries, then cut them into small pieces. Add them to a large bowl with sweetener, vanilla extract, optional lemon juice, and optional lemon zest.
Lightly mash the strawberry mixture to release the juices. A potato masher or fork works well for this.
Cut each ladyfinger into three pieces.
Assemble the jars by layering the strawberry mixture and ladyfinger pieces, repeating until the jars are full.
Cover and chill the tiramisu jars in the refrigerator for at least 1-4 hours to let the ladyfingers absorb the strawberry juices and soften.
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and enjoy!
- Chill: This recipe is best enjoyed after the strawberry tiramisu has been chilling for a while. If you can, we recommend making this recipe the day before.
