Our favorite mustard is this stone-ground mustard because we love the flavors in it. Or, you can use dijon mustard in this recipe.

  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro or flat-leaf parsley, 1 bunch
  • 2 medium apples, we used Pink Lady apples
  • 1/4 cup chopped raisins or cranberries, optional
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, walnuts, or almonds, optional

For The Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon stone-ground mustard or dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
