Ella’s favorite job is definitely taste tester, especially when there’s chocolate. She said “Mom this cookie is perfect don’t change a thing,” followed by “Did you write the recipe down?” Lol! I am definitely known to be the mad scientist in the kitchen. I sometimes get so involved in my recipe development that I forget to write the recipe down. This actually happens! I call it my creative flow. Either way, I wrote it down and have a delicious oatmeal chocolate cookie waiting for you to enjoy!
