RASPBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup raspberries
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Wash and dry the raspberries. Then, add the raspberries, vanilla extract, and sweetener of choice to a bowl or the bottom of the jar you are using to make the overnight oats. Lightly mash the raspberries with a fork to release some of the juices.
- Add the lightly mashed raspberry mixture, rolled oats, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and chia seeds to the jar. Mix the ingredients.
- Put a lid on the jar. Then, place your overnight oats in the refrigerator overnight.
- Mix the ingredients before eating, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
