We’ve taken all the delicious flavors of apple pie and made apple pie overnight oats! These overnight oats are an easy and healthy breakfast that will keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 CUP gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon

  • 1/4 TSP pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 TSP golden monk fruit, brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup

  • 1/3 CUP unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1/8 TSP vanilla extract

  • 1/4 CUP unsweetened applesauce

Directions

  • In a jar, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener of choice, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, and unsweetened applesauce.
  • Put a lid on the jar and let the overnight oats sit in the refrigerator overnight.

However, you can make these apple pie overnight oats using quick oats, just keep in mind that the texture might be a bit softer. If you don’t mind the softer texture, quick oats will still work well!
