- Almond Milk: Use your milk of choice for this recipe or almond milk to keep it dairy-free and vegan.
- Powdered Peanut Butter: Use PB2 powdered peanut butter or your favorite powdered peanut butter. For another overnight oats recipe with PB2, try our chocolate peanut butter protein overnight oats next!
- Chia Seeds: We love adding chia seeds to our overnight oats because they are a source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. You can omit the chia seeds if desired.

How To Make PB2 Overnight Oats

- Add the rolled oats, almond milk, PB2 powdered peanut butter, sweetener, pinch of salt, and chia seeds to a jar. Use an airtight jar that holds at least 7-8 ounces. We like to use these Le Parfait jars.

- Thoroughly mix and secure the lid on the jar. Then, place it in the refrigerator overnight.

- The next morning, mix the overnight oats and enjoy!
Expert Tips
- Don’t Add Water: There is no need to add water to the PB2 for this recipe. Just add the peanut butter powder directly to the jar with the rest of the ingredients and mix. You only need to combine it with water if you drizzle some on top when ready to serve.
- Make Them Gluten-Free: Use certified gluten-free rolled oats.
- Vegan and Dairy-Free: Use your favorite dairy-free milk and vegan sweetener.
- Mix Well: Mix all the ingredients well before storing your overnight oats. Also, mix them before you enjoy them.
- If Overnight Oats are Too Thick: If your overnight oats are too thick, add a splash of almond milk to thin them out, mix, and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
- Top with some roughly chopped peanuts.
- Mix in mini chocolate chips for a chocolate peanut butter flavor.
- Add some jam for a peanut butter and jelly flavor! We love adding some of our strawberry chia jam or blueberry jam.
- Mix PB2 with water and drizzle it on top.
- Add 0-fat Greek yogurt or your Greek yogurt of choice.
- Mix in cottage cheese or whipped cottage cheese for a smooth consistency.
- Add sliced bananas or fresh fruit on top.

I’m not understanding why you say overnight oats is 1 on Weight Watchers. But when you go on the app, it says it’s four points.
Hi Rose, I’m sorry for the confusion. These PB2 overnight oats are 1 point per serving on Weight Watchers. However, make sure to use the direct link in the notes section of the recipe card. Oftentimes, when you insert the recipe link into the WW app, it does not calculate the points correctly. I hope this helps and you enjoy the recipe.
