Ingredients Needed For PB2 Overnight Oats

Ingredients for peanut butter overnight oats
  • Rolled Oats: Use old-fashioned rolled oats to make overnight oats. They won’t work with steel-cut or quick oats.
  • Milk: Use your milk of choice. We used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • Powdered Peanut Butter: Use PB2 or your favorite powdered peanut butter.
  • Sweetener: Sweeten these overnight oats with your sweetener of choice.
  • Salt: Just a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  • Chia Seeds: We love adding chia seeds to our overnight oats because they are a source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. You can omit the chia seeds if you don’t want to add them.

How To Make PB2 Overnight Oats

Step 1: Add the rolled oats, almond milk, PB2 powdered peanut butter, sweetener, pinch of salt, and chia seeds to a jar.

Expert Tips

  • Don’t Add Water: There is no need to add water to the PB2 for this recipe. Just add the peanut butter powder directly to the jar with the rest of the ingredients and mix. You only need to combine it with water if you drizzle some on top when ready to serve.
  • Make Them Gluten-Free: Use certified gluten-free rolled oats.
  • Make Them Vegan and Dairy-Free: Use your favorite dairy-free milk and vegan sweetener.
  • Mix Well: Mix all the ingredients well before storing your overnight oats. Also, mix them before you enjoy them.
