Next, thoroughly combine the light laughing cow cheese, greek yogurt, ranch dressing powder, and Frank’s red hot buffalo wings sauce or your favorite hot sauce in a bowl.

Then, add the chicken, celery, and green scallions or onion to the bowl.

Combine all of the ingredients and enjoy!

BUFFALO CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
- 12.5 ounce can of chicken or diced and cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 sliced green scallions or 1/4 cup chopped white or sweet onion
- 3 triangles of light laughing cow cheese
- 1/3 cup 0-fat greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons ranch dressing powder
- 2 tablespoons Frank’s red hot buffalo wings sauce, Frank’s red hot sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
- If you are using canned chicken, drain it. Then, chop the celery. Either slice the two green scallions or use 1/4 cup of chopped white or sweet onion. We have tried this recipe both ways and both are delicious!
- In a bowl, thoroughly combine the light laughing cow cheese, greek yogurt, ranch dressing powder, and Frank’s red hot buffalo wings sauce or your favorite hot sauce.
- Add the chicken, celery, and green scallions or onion to the bowl. Combine all of the ingredients and enjoy!
