These sheet pan tacos are incredibly easy to make and you only need one sheet pan for this recipe! This super delicious meal comes together in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of shredded fully-cooked rotisserie chicken breast

  • 6 TBSP green enchilada sauce, we used Siete

  • 6 corn tortillas, we used Mi Rancho Organic Corn Tortillas

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 2 TBSP fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  • Place the tortillas on a sheet pan. Then, add shredded fully-cooked rotisserie chicken breast to each tortilla and pour one tablespoon of enchilada sauce over each taco.
  • Place the sheet pan in the oven and heat the tacos at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes to warm them up.
  • Remove the sheet pan from the oven and top the tacos with sliced green onions and chopped fresh cilantro. Then, serve and enjoy!
