Ingredients

  • 1 CUP fat-free cottage cheese

  • 1/3 CUP tomatillo salsa

  • 1/2 CUP white beans

  • 1/2 CUP corn

  • 1 CUP cooked chopped chicken breast

  • 1 TBSP chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 TBSP sliced green onions

  • 1/4 slice lime wedge

Directions

  • Rinse and drain the white beans. Also, defrost the frozen corn. Then, finely chop the cilantro and slice the green onions.
