Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup tomatillo salsa
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup cooked chopped chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoon sliced green onions
- 1/4 slice lime wedge
Instructions
- Rinse and drain the white beans. Also, defrost the frozen corn. Then, finely chop the cilantro and slice the green onions.
- Mix the cottage cheese and tomatillo salsa. This is the base of your savory bowl.
