We love this balsamic brussels sprouts recipe! We roasted these brussels sprouts in the oven and then drizzled balsamic vinegar on top.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds of fresh brussels sprouts

  • 1 small red onion

  • 1/4 TSP salt

  • 1/8 TSP ground pepper

  • 1/2 TSP garlic powder

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 1 TBSP balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Wash the fresh brussels sprouts and dry them. Then, cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
  • Slice the red onion into quarters. After that, separate the red onion pieces.
  • Add the brussels sprouts, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil to a large bowl. Thoroughly combine these ingredients and make sure all of the brussels sprouts are coated with the seasoning.
  • Add the combined ingredients in the bowl to a sheet pan with parchment paper. Separate the red onion pieces and place the brussels sprouts face side down. Roast the brussels sprouts in the oven at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
  • After the brussels sprouts are roasted, drizzle the balsamic vinegar over them, mix, and enjoy!
