  • 4 TBSP ice cream of choice, we used Halo top vanilla ice cream

  • Optional: Roll in toppings of choice

Directions

  • Separate each Oreo cookie and remove the filling.
  • Use a one-tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop the ice cream and place it on top of one of the cookies. Then, place the other cookie on top of the ice cream and gently press down to form the ice cream sandwich. Repeat this process to make as many ice cream sandwiches as you want. Optional: Roll the ice cream sandwiches in your toppings of choice.
  • Place the ice cream sandwiches on a sheet pan or in an airtight container. Then, place them in the freezer for 1-2 hours to allow the ice cream sandwiches to freeze. Once frozen, enjoy!
