Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.

Step 2: Wash the carrots. Then, peel them and pat them dry. If your carrots are large, chop them into 3 to 4-inch pieces. After that, add the carrots to a bowl.

Step 3: Spray the carrots with olive oil. After that, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Then, thoroughly mix to coat all the carrots.

  • 1 lb of carrots, we used rainbow carrots

  • olive oil spray

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/8 teaspoon dry)

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
