- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme (or 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Shake the basket halfway through so they cook evenly and don’t burn. The carrots are done when you can insert a fork through them. Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer, add the remaining one teaspoon of maple syrup, and enjoy!
