The whipped feta mixture, made from 1 ½ cups cottage cheese, 1/3 cup feta, garlic, lemon, and salt, yields about 1.5 to 1.75 cups total. The toppings, including 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and seasonings add roughly another 1/2 cup combined. Dividing everything evenly, each serving is approximately 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the whipped feta dip with about 2 tablespoons of the toppings. We’re working on adding more serving sizes like this to future recipes. Thanks so much for the helpful feedback!
