Looking for the perfect healthy and quick breakfast or snack? This berry parfait recipe is it! These berry parfaits are layered with smooth creamy yogurt and sweet berries. They are made with Greek yogurt and are high in protein. Also, we love adding a little protein powder to add extra protein and sweeten the yogurt. We love enjoying these parfaits on their own or topping them with honey and granola!

Why You Will Love Berry Parfait
- It is an easy and quick breakfast or snack.
- You can easily customize these parfaits by using your favorite fruit.
- The parfaits are packed with protein.
- You can add delicious toppings!
Which Fruit To Use For Parfaits?
We love this recipe because it is customizable. We used fresh strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries in our parfaits. However, you can use any fruit of your choice. Some other fruits that we like to use are bananas, blueberries, mango, and peach.
How To Make Berry Yogurt Parfaits

First, wash and dry the strawberries, blackberries, and strawberries. Also, cut the strawberries into smaller pieces.
Next, combine the 0-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract.

Then, assemble the parfaits in jars. We love using Le Parfait jars or weck jars. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture in between each layer of fruit.

Enjoy or add your favorite toppings!
Toppings For Berry Yogurt Parfait
These berry yogurt parfaits are delicious on their own. However, we love enjoying them with toppings, as well. Some great toppings for these parfaits are granola, honey, light whipped cream, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce.

How To Serve Berry Parfait
We love making these berry parfaits in jars. Jars are great for this recipe because they make it easy to assemble the parfaits and are convenient for making individual servings. Le parfait jars and weck jars work perfectly in this recipe. Also, you can use both of those jars for many of our other recipes such as our apple pie overnight oats, no-bake strawberry tiramisu, and raspberry cheesecake.
How Long Does Berry Parfait Last?
Since the berries are fresh, I would recommend eating these parfaits after making them.
Can You Use Frozen Fruit?
Yes, you can make these yogurt parfaits with frozen fruit but they will not have the same consistency as they would with fresh fruit. If you use frozen berries, assemble the parfaits the night before and refrigerate them overnight. In the morning, the fruit will be defrosted and ready to go!
