I have to tell you… These roasted cabbage steaks completely surprised me in the best way. They are so easy to make, and somehow turn a simple head of cabbage into something seriously delicious.

When they roast, the edges get perfectly crispy while the inside becomes soft and almost buttery. A little seasoning and some Parmesan on top, and it’s just one of those recipes that feels way fancier than it actually is. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
